    Map, write, clean up

    We capture your current flows as a visual process map, write the policies and procedures, and clean up your website and Facebook.

    Deliver

    Balance on delivery. Streamline Starter completed within 1–2 weeks of sessions. Unleash Package 2–4 weeks depending on number of people and systems.

Ongoing support

No monthly fee from KC when the AI runs on the client’s own AI developer account (such as xAI’s Grok API), billed to them directly by usage. Optional AI Support Retainer available only when ongoing token usage is required on our side (priced based on estimated monthly volume).
