KC Business Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("KC Business Solutions," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through kcbizjax.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us when you fill out our contact form, call, text or email us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider may log automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.
How our contact form works
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you submit the form, FormSubmit receives what you entered and delivers it to the owners of KC Business Solutions, Christopher Laymon and Kelly Montieth, by email. FormSubmit may show a spam check (captcha) before sending. FormSubmit's own handling of the data is covered by its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- To provide and improve our services.
- To contact you by call, text or email about your inquiry, if you asked us to or gave consent.
Text messages and calls
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may call or text the number you provided about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our website host, our form processor FormSubmit, and our email and phone providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've given us by contacting us below.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
